Staff are always lovely and friendly. Louise is fab and so easy to talk to. I personally don't like going to beauty/ hair salons because I feel out of place, but the staff at through the looking glass make me feel welcome and I feel comfortable going here thanks to the relaxed atmosphere created by the friendly staff!
