The lash lift didn't work on one eye, after initially being offered a refund and the option to come back the next day by the therapist (I couldn't as I was going away) Louise came and fixed my lashes and I left very pleased with the final result. Just a shame it ended up taking ages to get it right, however I understand the therapist who did the initial treatment no longer works there, so I would go back :)
