Originally booked in for a classic facial but changed to LVL lashes. The staff were very accommodating in allowing this change and I was really happy with the results of the treatment. I’ve had similar treatments before in other salons and this is the best result I’ve had.

The lash lift didn't work on one eye, after initially being offered a refund and the option to come back the next day by the therapist (I couldn't as I was going away) Louise came and fixed my lashes and I left very pleased with the final result. Just a shame it ended up taking ages to get it right, however I understand the therapist who did the initial treatment no longer works there, so I would go back :)
