This was my first massage at this venue. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and the venue itself was clean and tidy. We were unfortunately in a small warm room (it was areally warmday) so had to have the window open, so the traffic noise outside wasn’t ideal. My therapist did say she was happy to close the window but I asked for it to be left open as it was too hot and stuffy in the room. The treatment was good and the therapist listened to what I wanted. Thank you.
