Through the Looking Glass is a little gem! The location is perfect and what it lacks in luxury premises (on a busy road so not the most relaxing!) it makes up for in spades by the quality of the treatments and staff who are super friendly and go that extra mile to make sure that their clientele are happy. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again. Five stars!

My skin feels great and looks better than it has in years, I got this treatment mainly for hyperpigmentation from acne and saw a dramatic improvement. Will definatly be back to finish the 5 peel course, 3Thanks!
The therapist (sorry didn't get your name) was lovely. I've had eyebrow waxing, tinting and lvl. I'm very satisfied with my eyebrows, shape and colour wise too.
This was the first time I've had lvl done. My lashes look great, could leave the tint on a bit longer tho, I like them proper black(they are naturally blonde) but overall I'm satisfied with everything!
Absolutely great, no complaints at all. Louise who did my nails was lovely, as was the girl sat at reception whose name I didn’t catch! My nails look amazing, and Louise gave me a good few options even though I was quite indecisive.
There was a payment mix up which was completely my fault, but they were absolutely great where some people could have been not so gracious.
Overall fab, will definitely go again!
