When I went to Charlotte another ‘beautician’ had singed off my eyelashes. She told me to let them grow a bit more and come back, which I did. She has brought them back to life and now they are looking the best ever! She puts the customer first and just doesn’t think of the money like many out there. If you want banter and great lashes at the same time, she’s the eyelash lady for you.

Louise is always so lovely and friendly, and makes you feel very at ease. The salon is clean, warm and welcoming. Lash lift was fabulous and I’m now a regular customer!
