The ladies we're very welcoming so I immediately felt at ease. The lady who was doing my treatment was also very polite and friendly.
I did find the treatment room a bit of a squeeze however it was nicely dimmed with little tea lights.
As I've seen from previous reviews the noise level is an issue which unfortunately I think was tried to mask with rather loud chill out music in the treatment room. It was at times a bit uncomfortable however I managed to switch off enough to enjoy what was a very relaxing massage.
I know outside noise cannot be helped unfortunately but maybe have the music turned down slightly or move the speaker to the other side of the room.
Overall I felt very relaxed and looked after and as mentioned before my massage was great.
the massage itself was amazing however the room was cold and very bright and I could hear loud music and voices throughout over the relaxing music in the room
