Shakeela was extremely unwelcoming and had no clue what my treatment was. When I explained, she said she can’t do the manicure since I got gel polish on and she doesn’t have time to remove so perhaps i could just remove and leave and come later if I wanted to do the manicure. Then I had to show her my booking explaining I had removal in too. Her question was “you got all this for 20£” and then agreed. She was in a hurry and showed no professionalism. Staff need training in such a nice establishm

Really good experience here! waxing was done really quickly and as pain-free as possible! Shakeela is clearly an experienced waxer and so friendly and I would definitely go back again!
