Rooms are incredibly cold, even with extra towels. Treatment felt rushed. but it was well done.

Lovely venue and staff but treatment was quite expensive and only lasted 50 minutes rather than an hour. I wasn’t offered to go and sit in the relaxation area afterwards which was a bit disappointing as I had been on a previous visit. Next time I would just go for a massage and not a facial
