I left because it was that bad! I’d like a refund. The masseuse was nice but I think she’s unqualified. The head massage was her hand acting like washing scrubber to my head trying to get something out. My poor hair. Back massage was tapping, and fist movements. Nothing about the treatment was a massage. Sad because I’ve been before where it was lovely! Super relaxing& had a lovely time. Unfortunately, I won’t be back
