The experience was terrible. Poor communication and very unprofessional attitude by Megumi. From wash to hair cut to blow dry, feel the stylist was just creating discomfort for me. Wash and haircut were in a rush then she just constantly pulled my hair and blew strong wind to my ears. Will never visit again and won’t recommend to anyone else!

The style I asked has never been cut properly by western stylists, but Misaki managed to cut it perfectly. Highly recommend.
