Megumi was really friendly and made me feel comfortable visiting the salon for the first time. She was patient in hearing what hairstyle I wanted and checked in on me at several points throughout to make sure that I was getting what I wanted.

Consulted with Keiko about the haircut I wanted, was professional and efficient. However the shop did not play any music, I didnt mind the silence but others may find it awkward.
