My booking was cancelled on the day due to the emergency of hair wash area.
I rescheduled my reservation, but that area was under construction and I couldn’t have my hair washed.
I made the effort to arrange my schedule, why did they accept my reservation even though they knew they couldn’t offer hair wash?? They take customers lightly.
What’s worse, they gave me only £4 discount. What???
Their Wash & Dry service is around £30.
Terrible service and atmosphere I’ve ever experienced.
