I am very disappointed with my hair dyeing experience. Unfortunately, it was difficult to communicate with Aya, and after realizing that my needs couldn't be met, she offered an alternative suggestion and assured me it could be achieved. However, after dyeing my hair, she started blaming the color of my hair for not achieving the desired result and told me I would need to pay more money to achieve the expected outcome. However, in the end, my hair color was not even.
