I have been to your salon for haircuts a few times and there have been no issues. But, I have to say I am very disappointed with my hair with the hair stylist today. I felt she had cut my hair the way I exactly did not want. Prior to cutting my hair, I told her my requirements, but she did not fulfil any of my requests. My hair now looks like a mess. When I see myself on the mirror, I can't help but hating my hair so much. It's awful.There was no style whatsover. A MASSIVE disappointment.

Keiko listened patiently to what I wanted to achieve (which was difficult) and did a fantastic job. I love the result! The whole team was lovely and I had a great experience. Will definitely be back many times.
