The service and the result haircut were just OK. I'm not very impressed or highly recommend. I expected a bit more delicate for Japanese service standard. Hair wash was a bit poor, I think this is the poorest part of the experience. Misaki was ok and I believe she tried to do the best job as she can. But I'm not a big fan of the result and overall experience
