i came in to get my first short haircut and throughout the consultation, aya kept telling me that what i wanted wasn't achievable. even while i was telling her that i didn't like certain things that she was doing and offered other suggestions, she told me that she had to clock out at 7pm and that's when her contract ends so she couldn't help me. left with a horrible haircut and i immediately went to a different salon nearby to get my hair fixed (adam reed) where andrew fixed my hair.
