Loved my new haircut! The hairdresser was really nice and professional. The only downside was I have to wait a long time for my appointment (approx 30 mins). The store could think of new ways to prevent letting customers waiting too long. Other than that a very pleasant experience at Ticro.

I had a Japanese stylist, Kazu - would definitely recommend him. He executed my very specific request patiently, diligently replicating the image of the style I had on my phone of my own. Overall very pleasant experience & great value for money. The staff are courteous and friendly.
