This is a totally terrible experience. I came to this salon to trim the layers on the back of my head. The whole process (include shampooing) only took just over 30 minutes. Most of the time was spent on using a straightening iron on my hair, which made it impossible for me to see whether my hair had received the trimming I asked for. After I went home and shampooed my hair, I found that there was no change in the layers of my hair at all.
