Nice salon with a friendly stylist, but if you want a really good professional, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. I asked to get rid of split ends but ended up with half of my front hair chopped off without warning. Even though I made it clear I wanted to keep the length I've been growing for a year, the haircut turned out just okay. I think I could have gotten a better cut at an alternative Japanese salon in London. Now, my hair looks uneven and choppy.
