I was surprised when I arrived 5 minutes early to a nod and then sat down and had to wait for half an hour before I was seen. There was an apology when I mentioned it was unprofessional to wait so long and I was going to be late for my second appointment. I asked for natural french style acrylics and they were initially done with clear tips rather than white. They were then changed and the bottom colour was white rather than pink which I asked for a few times. Overall disappointing.
