I had to wait 10-15 mins before I was seen, and then had to ask if my appointment was actually even happening (I booked a specific time so I could it in my lunch break). It was then very awkward as one of the technicians said she would stop on a current customer who wasn’t happy with that. I felt uncomfortable they stopped on someone next to me and then one of their children finished off my nails. I was late home as a result. And one nail chipped the next day.
