I booked for BIAB and contacted them ahead to ensure they were HEMA free (I'm allergic). The manicurist (who I don't think is at fault) assured me that the BIAB was HEMA free and the gel on top wouldn't cause a reaction. I ended up with a bad reaction and had to have it removed the next day. They also gave me hard gel instead of BIAB like I'd booked and confirmed in person before the appointment. Manicurist was lovely & just doing her job but I can't recommend this place after that experience.
