First time here, really horrible painful and rude experience getting gel nails. Do not recommend. AVOID!!!
They use a drill to remove old nail polish rather than soak it off. Filed my nails down so much despite me asking her to be careful. I came out the salon and cried from the pain. The next morning my nails are still just as painful. She told me during the appointment that “sensitivity is normal” because I don’t have them done all the time. NO it is not.

Tila is excellent. I'm very happy with the finish of my nail, specially how clean and tidy my cuticles are, someone even asked me if I had fake nails of how perfect it looks
