I usually like this salon and have travelled from west London for this booking however this time I am not fully satisfied. As a positive, the therapist was friendly and took the time to shape my nails how I liked them.
However I paid for a Biab session meant to take 1h10 min but the therapist finished after 40min. So that means I overpaid for 30min or she rushed the process. Also, the salon was dirty and dusty (the walls, the tables, the floor). Other salons keep the place spotless.
