I didn’t receive my full treatment, Natural pedicure 20mins vs 40mins. I asked for half of the price back which I got and was told someone would call to reschedule a complimentary treatment, I never received that call. Alba kept over apologising that I had a bad experience, which was strange because the only reason it was bad was because she finished it half way through. Strange and uncomfortable experience..
