They file down the nail plate too much my nails are damaged now. I'm a nurse so not often able to have nails. Grew out my nails for BIAB for a holiday which looked nice while on but my nails will take time to recover now. The gel got burning hot under the UV I think because of the amount of filing to my nail making them more sensitive. It's filing again for removal & I kept the length only to have one nail break painfully due to how thin & weak my nails were I've had to cut them all down.
