I always love my time at Tila Nails, however it was the third time that I booked with an specific person and it wasn’t who worked at my nails when I arrived - without no explanations. I booked a time with Arsela, but I got treated by somebody else. The lady was super nice and gave me a lovely care, but my point is that I didn’t even was aware of why Arsela wasn’t there or what happened. I think it would be nice to let customers know when changes like that are necessary.
