Thank you Violeta for cutting my hair so perfectly! 😍 You got everything right- you really listened to what I wanted and have such great cutting skills that you fixed what someone else got wrong and gave me the exact cut and fringe I wanted! On top of that you’ve been super lovely to chat to. I guess I will have to come visit London from Germany now every time I need a haircut haha!

When my child's hair was washed, they forgot to put a towel on her back so she had a wet back.
And then she stood for part of her hair drying experience, which she was hoping to sit and relax. They didn't offer her a drink ( which they normally do) . I was offered a drink , but didn't get anything.
I would still come back. It was just one of those days 😊
