My final haircut before my wedding - had never been to Tila before and had a disaster cut I needed fixing. Brisi listened so carefully to what I wanted, explained exactly what might need to happen to get there and checked in throughout to make sure I was happy. She couldn’t have made me more comfortable and I’ve never felt more listened to!! And she managed to fix it so well that she avoided having to cut layers at the back (which I’d told her I really didn’t want). Will 100% be back.
