The staff are lovely but on the website it says that the treatment I wanted is £35. I assumed like most hairdressers this includes having your hair dried. Turns out a blow dry is £29 so it came to over £60 when I thought I was only spending £35. I didn’t want to leave the salon with soaking wet hair so paid it. They need to be more explicit about their pricing. Such a shame because it’s a lovely salon, I just felt pretty ripped off.
