Ilona was amazing! She took the time to make me feel comfortable, offered me a coffee, listened to my expectations and gave me advice. I am very happy with my cut, with the customer service, the price and location.
I have been telling all my friends about the salon :) Highly recommended!
Ladies' Haircuts
Overall the service and end product was a positive, 5 star experience. The only reason why I took off a star was because there was an additional charge of £23 for a toner and £52 an Olaplex conditioning treatment which meant a £85 additional charge on top of the £105 payment I had already submitted through Treatwell. Luckily, it was easily cleared up by getting on the phone with Treatwell and the Treatwell representative was able to effectively communicate with the Tila managers. Apart from this snag, the overall visit and treatment was splendid!
