I really like Tila hair salon - staff are friendly and courteous and give advice on hair care and how they'll create your style and the salon is in great condition. The only downside is that the price I booked my appointment under did not include the toner required for my balayage - that was an additional £25. I was then told for an extra £45 I could get a better treatment. I've never had to pay extra to have toner put on my hair before (this has always been included) so I was quite surprised. I think customers should be warned beforehand that the price advertised on Treatwell or via the website will differ upon arrival and consultation. I would definitely go back to Tila again but would be mindful that I may have to pay more than advertised/expected.

My second visit to this salon and Ilona is fantastic. Great advice on colour and cut, flawless execution. Olaplex is a must do for any colour or bleach. Will definitely go back!
