Really great experience! I was a bit late due to transport issues but the team were really welcoming and friendly when I arrived and attentive throughout. Ilona listened to what I wanted but gave really valuable recmmendations too, and I'm really happy with the cut. Great head massage during wash as well, and also probably the best blow dry I've ever had!

Went to get my haircut at Tila when I first moved to London, have been back every time since. Lovely staff, great haircuts, good atmosphere and an enjoyable experience.
