I had booked in for the Cloud Nine massage; when I didn't get the facial massage, I thought I had got mixed up. However, when I got home and checked again online, it state that it included a facial massage. Not sure why I didn't get one and it was a little disappointing to be honest. Otherwise it would have been 5* all the way.
