Displeased with the end result after repeatedly stating I wanted a natural look. I was not listened to. Longest eyelashes were chosen by Sunita and she then left me with no option but to have them removed. This resulted in poor customer service. The removal process was extremely painful, my eyelids were swollen after being brushed and scratched and my eyes were burning. I was made to pay full price with no complimentary services. Not valued as a customer.
