This is a friendly salon and Lauren was professional and kind. The head massage was lovely, but I would have preferred there to be no talking so that I could have completely relaxed. Lauren was so lovely that I didn't want to say anything that may upset her or that would make me appear rude. Maybe the client could be asked their preference beforehand ? This is an observation and not a criticism, as the experience overall was lovely.
