Haircut is dreadful. There’s no style chopped to bits especially right since de with thinning scissors which o hate. One side longer at back than other. Took 20 minutes for a 40 minute appointment! Will take months to grow put the thinning. It’s an awful haircut a £5 barber would have did a better job . I sent Christine photographs and asked what I’m supposed to do with it. It’s like a mullet cut with sides up to scalp and test
chopped! I’m livid they should refund my money!

the salon is gorgeous and amy was so lovely, friendly and so great at her job! love my hair and was such a good experience for someone who’s quite anxious with people as i felt very at ease!
