Very relaxing. I could just simply lay down during the treatment and listen to the radio. Tina also did the professional patch test and she provided all the answers to my questions.

Managed to book quite last minute, which was good. We arrived before therapist and she had to go and set up the room when she arrived so not much of a warm welcome, but my daughter said that she was friendly and chatty during her wax.
