Amy was very good at putting me at ease and making sure that I am involved in the process. She was proactive at suggesting I try something new and was good at explaining the various links to movement and tension. It is clear that Amy is a passionate practitioner which I would happily recommended.

Great deep tissue massage that found all the core concerns and alleviated my back upper back pain significantly. Amy is highly skilled with great attention to detail. She is also continually learning looking to see which new techniques to apply for holistic healing. Will be returning soon.
