Friendly staff that checked to see what you wanted in the massage and if there were any problem areas they should focus on.
Nice ambience, friendly staff, soothing atmosphere. Painful wax - but what else would you expect! Was handed a magazine which was a nice touch!

Really good massage that was tailored to my problems, head and shoulder part of the massage was excellent. The atmosphere was good, with the room being really nice and warm.
