Booked ‘1 hour pedicure’ and requested Kim as i prefer a female doing my nails. didnt get Kim. The gentleman who did my pedicure rushed and was rough - filing my nails like they was made of wood. Rushed throughout pedicure and wasnt a relaxing experience. Tools didnt look sterilised and lots of mess around the area. Treatment including gel polish took 30 minutes - half the time. 2 stars given as there was no issues with the polish just the overall experience.
