Sad to say that this will have been my last time visiting Tips & Toes. It was the third time where I had to wait over 20 mins after my appointment time to be served. I wouldn’t mind but I book a treatment in to fit around my schedule so waiting around just intervenes with the whole day.
I even tried to reschedule but it wouldn’t let me on the app.
The team are lovely and the treatment great (when you feel like they aren’t rushing) but booked appointments should always be priority.

Guy who did my nails really took the time to make them perfect. Was my first time visiting this salon and I was really impressed with attention to detail! Will definitely be back again. Very happy customer.

Sorry but not sorry. Literally the worst eyebrow wax I’ve ever experienced. The impatient service resulted in an irreversible imbalance eyebrow shape, which from now on I will have to spend more than 15 minutes to shape my eyebrows.
Additionally, there weren’t any of the stylist mentioned on the app. And as I tried to communicate with the random stylist, his attitude was really unpleasant.
I genuinely never got so upset about my eyebrows!
