Dealt with my super stubborn hair really professionally and thoroughly. Relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Toshania was great fun, immediately put me at ease and had me laughing all through the appointment - couldn't recommend TKO Beauté more :D

Unfortunately, I was left rather disappointed with this appointment..
It was long, extraordinary painful (it really felt like the person was not trained and experienced) and most of all, I was charged over £80 and eventually had to shave everywhere cause some areas were completely untouched!
Very poor service and very unprofessional individual.
I asked for a compensation and I was offered another appointment in 3 weeks.. No thanks! Avoid if you don't want to waste your money.

The service Toshania provided was very good for several reasons: she was very kind/welcoming/friendly so the service wasn’t awkward at all. She asked questions about the temperature of the wax and provided breathing techniques to help with the mild pain. Hygiene was not an issue.
