My lashes look great, it’s just a shame I had to wait over 20 minutes for my treatment with no communication of what was happening despite ringing multiple times. Additionally there were people coming in and out of the treatment room while I has having my lashes done so it wasn’t very relaxing. Overall a good lash treatment but better work on customer service and communication needed.
