Text me 25minutes before my appointment to say she was running late and could I attend at 11.30 instead of 10.45. By which point, I was already in an Uber on my way! Also,Icouldn’t make 11.30 as I had a delivery. I booked another appointment for 3.20 and once I got there, she wasn’t even ready! I was taken into a small room with someone else also having their lashes done to my left.To make matters worse, the technician kept walking off while doing my lashes. And the end result was awful! Avoid!
