Very disappointing experience. The operator only used basic nail clippers and did not use a cuticle pusher or cuticle nippers on either my hands or feet. When I asked for a toenail to be trimmed slightly shorter at the corner, she cut into my toe quite deeply, and a week later, it is still sore.
This is not the level of care or professionalism I would expect from a salon.
