My visit was great, staff was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable the entire time. There was a slight misunderstanding about what I wanted but that was easily fixed and the end result was very good.

I booked a shellac manicure and pedicure, the evening before my holiday . It was a very poor value for my £36 spent, as my manicure was not a good quality; from the first day the nails kept 'catching' everywhere, and gradually peeled off, with resulting having no shellac nails at all by day 6.
The girl had to re do a couple of the nails as the product was already spilling to the skin.
The treatment was meant to be 1h, but it took 1.5 h only to do the nails, hence I was unable to stay for longer.
The staff were absolutely lovely and friendly, they even made me a cup of tea and offered to do the pedicure after the holidays.
I am however not happy with the manicure treatment, and I feel it was very expensive for the result, so I would like a full or partial refund is possible.
