I called ahead to let Mira know I had long thick hair and she amended the time appropriately so that I came in early and she didn’t have to rush it. Mira certainly lived up to the great reviews - best haircut I’ve had in years, and a lovely shampoo with nice massage chair! She understood exactly what I wanted and made it happen, 100% will come again.

The stylist had a really lovely manner but the blow dry was (putting it politely) an absolute disaster. I left the salon with hair looking worse than before the blow dry - flat, frizzy, shapeless and just awful. Within a half hour, it looked even worse. A close friend even asked me ‘what happened my hair’ as she was waiting to meet me after the blow dry. In the end, I had to wash it and style it myself ahead of an important job interview. Such a waste of time and money. I felt so embarrassed to tell the stylist how awful it was before I left. As a repeat customer I will be very slow to return.
