Um. Dousing your head with bleach - a little on top and a few swipes on the fringe and calling it balayage - was the most wasted £103. Yep, I paid extra for a "director". After complaining that my hair looked like I soaked the mid to end in a bucket of bleach - I was told that was the way it supposed to look. No offer to fix it (which I had to do elsewhere for another £95) or concern.

Had a really nice blow dry. They were able to fit me in as a last minute booking (in the morning made that morning) I have naturally frizzy/afro hair and she really managed to smooth my hair out and the blowdry lasted a good few days which for my hair is really impressive. Very happy and will definitely be going back!
