The actual treatment on my hair and environment and staff are great, will definitely go back, what was frustrating was that I had booked online over a week ago, received no less than 4 reminders of my appointment the day before yet I had still been double booked and my appointment was put back 2 hours, which was frustrating

The haircut and colour was good. I was surprised to be charged £20 more than what treatwell had estimated (treatwell said £75, they charged me £95) but I do think they cut it well and they were thorough. I think they could have been friendlier, but they were really busy. It would have been nice if I could have paid by card rather than getting a large amount of cash out from the co op cash point to pay them. I had my eyebrows shaped and tinted at the same time and the beautician was lovely.
