I had individual eyelashes done by Humi. They looked amazing initially and I was very happy with the result. Unfortunately, they haven’t lasted at all. They started falling out that same day in clumps. They all completely fell out within 5 days. Very disappointing as they looked really good.

I loved the atmosphere of Tofem. The Hairdresser Grace was social and great to talk to as well as very talented. I loved that the store was clean.

Good: The therapist was sweet. When she actually massaged me felt nice.
Bad: It wasn't a massage like I booked, it was a glorified facial - 10 of the 30 minutes were spent with me lying on my own with a face-mask on. There was a gap at the top of the door, so you could hear everything from the rest of the salon (talking, music) which didn't make for a relaxing atmosphere. I looked at the sponges the therapist used and they were quite dirty. Some of the products were just cheap drugstore ones.
