They lacked personnel to give a good service. No ambience... no music or welcoming. Bad haircut, didn’t match what I asked for. Some comments from the stylist where not appropriate.
However, the massage and facial where great.
Tomoyuki was amazing, my hair has been transformed, everyone is commenting on it. They really took their time, and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable-nothing too much trouble. Thanks all!
Tomoyuki is just the kind of stylist you want- he is sensitive to your experience and really listens to you and what you want. Often times one can feel like your stylist is not focused on you and more interested is what is going on in the salon then on your hair... That was not the case with Tomoyuki. The salon is intimate enough to feel like it is all about you. Cut and color were great and the attention to your scalp is fantastic.
I will definitely be back.
