Great, prompt, nice technician and good gel application. Colour choice could be greater but that's about it.
The staff were extremely friendly, attentive and accomodating. My treatment was done meticulously and despite the long time it had to take, my hair as a result fared better for it. The reason for marking a star down is because I was either not informed (or perhaps the staff didn't know either) that this treatment will cancel.our my wave perm which had at least 4 months more to go.
